Old systems or new, ITC delivers business support to its customer’s infrastructure, ensuring their operations continue without interruption. With both partners having worked in the technology industry for more than 15 years, they felt there was something missing – there had to be a better delivery model for these services. Premier customer service is the model that was missing. The firm polished the customer-service approach with very small businesses and large businesses alike and quickly gained strength in the market as a firm that could deliver technology with a smile. There were no nuisance jobs and they quickly demonstrated that technology is a business accelerator rather than a business detractor. One-hundred customers later, ITC is a NJ Category II Small Business Entity (SBE) and a GSA IT-70 SIN 132.51 schedule holder. Customer service remains the priority in its service delivery and the company is growing at a modest pace.
